GyneClinics provides private gynaecological, urogynaecological, and aesthetic services. All medical services are provided by qualified healthcare professionals.
- All consultations and treatments are subject to clinical assessment and medical discretion
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in the patient's best interest
- Treatment outcomes may vary and cannot be guaranteed
- Emergency situations should be directed to NHS 111 or A&E services
- Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking Appointments:
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
- We require accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking
- Appointment availability is subject to clinician schedules
Cancellation Policy:
- 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
- No-show appointments will be charged at the full consultation rate
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods:
- Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
- Insurance claims should be arranged prior to treatment where applicable
Fees and Charges:
- All fees are clearly displayed and communicated before treatment
- Additional charges may apply for tests, procedures, or follow-up consultations
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed appointments will be honored at the quoted price
- Refunds are at the discretion of GyneClinics and subject to our refund policy
5. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you are responsible for:

- Following medical advice and treatment plans as prescribed
- Attending scheduled appointments on time
- Informing us of any changes to your contact details or medical condition
- Making payment for services rendered in a timely manner
- Treating staff and other patients with respect and courtesy
- Complying with clinic policies and procedures
6. Medical Records and Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all patient records in accordance with data protection laws and medical ethics.
- Medical records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel

7. Limitation of Liability

- Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. All medical treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed during consultation.
